Packaging: We use eco-friendly and durable packaging to protect items during transit. Each product is wrapped in tissue paper to prevent creases. Bulk orders are shipped in reinforced cartons with bubble wrap for extra protection.

No Tracking Updates: If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us with your order number
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders go through customs clearance in the destination country, which may incur additional charges (e.g., duties, import taxes).

Refused Deliveries: If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned to us, we’ll refund the product price minus the original shipping and return costs
8. Address Accuracy & Changes

Change Requests: To update your address, contact us ASAP. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
